To promote happiness, fulfillment, and value in living in Lockmar Estates our Homeowners Association will:

LEAD the community through principles of Honesty, Integrity, Fairness and Courage.

REMEMBER that Family, Friends and Safety are what’s important in life. And, also, remember the importance of Property Values and Neighborhood upkeep.

REVERE the admirable characteristics of successful communities, such as, Beautiful Landscaping, Peaceful and Quiet enjoyment of our properties. And, we will attempt to implement similar characteristics such as showing Pride in our Homes and Lockmar Estates, striving to increase Property Values and develop a Unified Community.

RECOGNIZE the Beautiful Homes, Deed Restrictions, Low Crime, Excellent Elementary School, Property Values and People that really Care and are Good strengths of Lockmar Estates.

HUMBLE ourselves by acknowledging that we lack homeowner/member participation, open communication has been a problem for previous homeowners association leadership, our community lacks cohesiveness and we will constantly strive to transform our weaknesses into strengths.

ENVISION Lockmar Estates as becoming a community that:

1. Has a strong Neighborhood Watch, has block parties to get to know each other and well maintained infrastructure.
2. Is admired for it’s beautiful tree lined streets, parks and peaceful friendly neighborhoods.
3. That Palm Bay Business Leaders see as a model to community involvement and contribution.
4. With a strong, active and unified homeowners association representing successful homeowners with vision.
5. Has a homeowners association that is aware and responsive to the needs of the homeowners through open communication and surveys.
6. Receives quick response from the City of Palm Bay.
