The Lockmar Estates Homeowner’s Association (LEHA)

Urgently Needs Your Support/Membership for 2012

          (Our Bank Balance is Less than $150 --we may have to cease operation)

• The economy has been doing poorly for the last few years, and along with this, we have suffered record low membership
• We totally understand individuals and families have to make tough decisions on what to spend their money on--but we may really have to cease operation:
  • This weekend (August 20), we are shutting the lights off at the monuments to save money. We have to pay FPL $18 to $20 per month to keep the monuments lit.
  • Please help us stay in operation.

Most important benefit of joining the homeowner’s association:

• The homeowner’s association represents your neighborhood to the Palm Bay city government at each council meeting, and numerous workshops and board meetings.

Other actions the Lockmar Estates Homeowner’s Association regularly performs for our community:

• Report law and follow up  to Palm Bay’s Community Policing Unit and follow up to ensure resolution
• Report and follow up on Code Enforcement issues with City of Palm Bay
• Sponsor Quarterly Meetings with guest speakers from local/county government
• Quarterly Newsletter with important information regarding local government and neighborhood issues is sent to each dues paying LEHA member.

We would like to invite you to join the Lockmar Estates Homeowners Association, (LEHA). We are dedicated to keeping our neighborhood informed, safe and fun! LEHA is the strongest homeowners association in Palm Bay. Together, we have worked hard, and will continue to do so, on many activities to improve our community.

Joining LEHA entitles you to all of our sponsored community events, quarterly issues of the Lockmar Times Newsletter and most importantly a say in the community! The annual fee to join is $25.00. Fees are due January 1 each year.   If you are unsure if you are paid for the current year, please contact the Treasurer.
