The deed restrictions for Lockmar Estates, Unit 45, are as follows:                 

  1. A 1600 square foot minimum (living area) for one story buildings.
  2. An 1840 square foot minimum (living area) for two story buildings.
  3. A two-car garage minimum.
  4. A 16-inch overhang minimum.
  5. A recessed or staggered frontal elevation with a minimum offset of at least 12-inches. (two story dwellings exempt)
  6. Significant frontal elevation differences to prevent sequential or recurring homes on the same street.
  7. New or add-on construction time shall be limited to one year from the time the slab is poured to a finished home.
