The Lockmar Estates Homeowner's Association next Quarterly Meetings will be held on Wednesday, December 7th at 7:00pm. The meeting will be held at the Greater Palm Bay Senior Center.
Join us as Mr. Ron Fisher and Mr. Brad Smith will be discussing future expansion plans for Covenant Christian Church.
Some members of the Palm Bay City Council may be in attendance to discuss the proposed fire fee that will be added to the city's tax and fee structure. Any discussion of the fire fee will be at the end of the meeting. Prior to the discussion, the rules regarding public officials and the Florida Sunshine Laws will be reviewed.
All paid members can expect to receive their quarterly newsletter in the mail approximately 1 week before each of the general meetings. Our board members are all volunteers that live in our community. If you are interested in making your neighborhood a better place to live, please consider volunteering.
